Texas Roy (Crush) - TBO Chief Executive Officer/President

Roy was born and raised in Spring TX and loved sports and the outdoors at an early age. He played football in high school and basketball in both high school and college. He coached high school basketball for several years after attending Blinn College and Sam Houston State University. He loves both fishing and hunting and and grew up fishing both freshwater and saltwater anytime he had the chance! He started Texas Boys Outdoors with his close friends and family and has a passion for helping others and showing our guests all about the great Texas Outdoors. Roy is married to Jean Crush and has a son, Lil Roy, and step sons Dominic and Nicholas. When he has spare time, he enjoys fishing professional redfish and trout tournaments and hanging out with friends and family.

 

Jean Crush - TBO Chief Financial Officer

Jean attended the University of Memphis and graduated with a BS in Accounting.  She has worked in this field for over 20 years.  Her experience includes auditing of For-Profit and Non-Profits, taxes and information return filings, controller positions of both For-Profits and Non-Profits and currently works as a Director of Information Systems.  With her extensive financial accounting experience, she is able to work with Roy and the board to help guide and grow our future path for this great company, Texas Boys Outdoors Inc.

Josh Peterson - Board President

Josh graduated with a BS in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and earned a Master of Business Administration from Bellevue University. Josh has started up and run multiple technology companies. His businesses have included consumer products, printing, agricultural wholesale products, specialty products, secure portal technology services, legal services, litigation support, and consulting. Josh now is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Xact Data.

Amy Lampman

Amy graduated with her degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas State University. She’s an award winning realtor helping 100’s of families with their dreams of home ownership. Her passion is investing and coaching others to learn to leverage through real estate.  With a huge heart for her community she loves to plan philanthropic events to raise awareness and funds. Amy is married to her college sweetheart and have two amazing kids, Jake & Lauren.

   

Tony Fernandez - Board Director

Tony is the President of PipeLine Machinery International, a position he has held since 2013. Tony served in the United States Coast Guard from 1984 to 1987. Tony received his degree in Marketing from the University of North Florida.

Cory Overstreet - Board Director

Cory received his BA in Professional Aviation from Louisiana Tech University. He was hired by Continental Airlines (now United) where he served various positions such as Flight Engineer, First Officer, and Captain. He is now flying a 787 to international destinations across the world.
